Service Description: Genavli provides genomic sequencing services including exome sequencing, whole genome sequencing, ancestry analysis, health predisposition screening, pharmacogenomics, and carrier screening. Our screening services are intended for informational and educational purposes, while our diagnostic services provide clinical-grade analysis.
Laboratory Standards: All sequencing and analysis is performed in a NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) and CAP (College of American Pathologists) accredited laboratory, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Medical Disclaimer: The genomic sequencing reports provided by Genavli's screening services are not diagnostic and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our diagnostic services provide clinical-grade results reviewed by certified geneticists. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical questions or conditions.
Sample Collection: You agree to follow all instructions provided for saliva sample collection. Samples must be returned within the timeframe specified to ensure valid results. We reserve the right to request a new sample if the initial sample is insufficient or contaminated.
Results Delivery: Test results will be made available through your secure online account within 4-8 weeks of sample receipt at our laboratory, depending on the test selected. We will notify you via email when results are ready.
2. Privacy and Data Protection
Genetic Data: Your genetic data and personal information are protected under our comprehensive Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). We will never share, sell, or disclose your genetic information to third parties without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.

Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.
Lifetime Updates: Once you receive your initial results, you are entitled to lifetime updates as new genetic markers and scientific research become available, at no additional cost.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order at any time before you return your saliva sample to our laboratory.
Refund Terms:
- Full refund if cancelled before the DNA collection kit is shipped
- Refund minus ₹1,000 shipping and handling if cancelled after kit shipment but before sample return
- No refund available once the sample has been received at our laboratory and processing has begun
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
How to Cancel: Submit cancellation requests via email to info@genavli.in with your order number and registered email address.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
